Why now? Why OneTouch?

Since we began using the name “Benepay Technologies” we have received feedback that the name does not really represent who we are and the services that we provide to our clients.  As such, with the separation from Benepay, LLC earlier in the year we began the process of rebranding ourselves.  During the process we found ourselves reflecting on our mission of providing organizations with the essential tools to manage their workforce and administrative processes through our innovative Human Capital Management (HCM) software, OneTouch. This ultimately led to our decision to incorporate the OneTouch brand right into the company’s name.

 

What to Expect?

While our name is changing, our strong commitment to our clients and our employees will not change.   We are committed to continue providing outstanding customer service with innovative HCM technology and now our name will properly reflect this.

Effective January 1st, our collateral, signatures, website, and documentation should contain our new name and logo. We are working to make the changes and they’ll all be ready for the new year. If by then you still have (and need to use) documentation that hasn’t been updated, contact Osiris to have it updated as soon as possible. We will be sending a communication in the next day or so to our clients to let them know about the change.
